Dear ClearArc customers, 

We are pleased to announce the upcoming launch of Smilers^® & Smilers Expert, a premium aligner system that will be replacing ClearArc^® Aligners. Smilers offers advanced stain-resistance and aesthetics, while unlocking a new level of functionality with its Nemotec software.

See below for important actions regarding case refinements and to schedule your virtual Smilers onboarding session.  

 

Understanding Existing Case Refinements

As we transition to Smilers – refinements for active ClearArc cases under warranty will only be supported via the new Smilers platform. Invoices for warranty cases will reflect $0 provided you include ClearArc Case ID during submission.

This week, you will be emailed your credentials to access your new Smilers account to submit new cases and ClearArc refinements in the Smilers Portal.

Below are important deadline and start dates to note to ensure your refinements are properly supported:

• August 11 - Virtual training calendar is live and onboarding slots are available starting August 18th. (Virtual training is not able to be scheduled outside of this link)

• August 13 - Last day to submit ClearArc Cases using PVS impressions via DDX. PVS Impressions must be sent immediately. Impressions received after 8/18 will need to be completed on the Smilers platform. HSO team will support this process as needed.

• August 15 - Last day to submit ClearArc Cases using digital scans via DDX.

• August 20 by 5pm - (PVS Offices) last day to approve any treatment plan via DDX.

• August 22 by 5pm - Last day to approve any treatment plan via DDX

You must reference the ClearArc DDX Case ID when submitting a refinement in Smilers – after submitting new records and request for refinement, you will receive the next phase of aligner treatment from Smilers, complete with a new upgraded Smilers patient kit to finish out their treatment with a beautiful presentation and continued support.

ClearArc is a custom brand to Sonrava and is Henry Schein Orthodontics' Reveal aligner.
