As of March 31st – New aligner cases must be submitted in the Smilers aligner portal at pro.smilers.com as new Reveal cases are no longer being accepted in the DDX lab portal.

As a Reveal provider, you should have received an account setup email on 3/31 with instructions to reset your password and access your account.

All existing Reveal providers are encouraged to attend a virtual onboarding session to become familiar with case submission in the Smilers aligner platform. You may reserve an onboarding session timeslot by clicking the appropriate link below.

Please note: Smilers Expert sessions are reserved for advanced practitioners and orthodontists who manually adjust virtual 3D treatment setups.

I've already activated my account. How do I log in again?

If your account has already been activated, you can login using your account username and password at https://pro.smilers.com/en/login. We recommend you bookmark this webpage.

Understanding Reveal® Refinements

As we transition from Reveal Clear Aligners to Smilers® – refinements for active Reveal cases under warranty will be supported via both DDX and the new Smilers platform. 

 IMPORTANT DATES:

• March 31, 2025 – Access your Smilers account and start submitting cases! Smilers account info and resources will be emailed to you today. You may submit any Reveal refinements in your Smilers portal now too (Must reference Reveal Case ID)!
• May 17, 2025 – Last day to submit refinements for Reveal in DDX. 
• May 31, 2025 – Last day to approve pending Reveal refinement treatment plans in DDX for manufacturing.
• June 1, 2025 – Reveal officially discontinued. Read-only access in DDX for 1 year.  All new aligner cases and Reveal active case support/refinements will all go through the Smilers portal.

You must reference the Reveal Case ID when submitting a refinement in Smilers – after submitting new records and request for refinement, you will receive the next phase of aligner treatment from Smilers, complete with a new upgraded Smilers patient kit to finish out their treatment with a beautiful presentation and continued Henry Schein support.
