How do I get started with Smilers?

Once you've booked your virtual session on the Smilers Intro Course Calendar, you'll receive a confirmation email to add this invite to your calendar. 

As a Reveal provider, your Smilers account automatically gets created, and you will receive an "Activate Your Smilers Account" email where you can follow the email instructions to reset your password for access to the Smilers platform.

How do I navigate the Smilers platform?

During your virtual session with your clinical product specialist, we will cover all topics around platform navigation for successful case submission and provide you with a link to our Smilers Provider How-To Guide. 

Where can I find additional resources or guides for Smilers?

All Smilers guides, training, marketing, and practice resources can be accessed from our Provider Resource Hub webpage at https://henryscheinortho.com/smilersresourcehub/.

I've already activated my account. How do I log in again?

If your account has already been activated, you can login using your account username and password at https://pro.smilers.com/en/login. We recommend you bookmark this webpage.

Understanding Reveal® Refinements

As we transition from Reveal Clear Aligners to Smilers® – refinements for active Reveal cases under warranty will be supported via both DDX and the new Smilers platform. 

 IMPORTANT DATES:

• March 17, 2025 – Last day to submit new cases for Reveal in DDX.
• March 30, 2025 – Last day to approve any pending Reveal treatment plans in DDX for manufacturing.
• March 31, 2025 – Access your Smilers account and start submitting cases! Smilers account info and resources will be emailed to you today. You may submit any Reveal refinements in your Smilers portal now too (Must reference Reveal Case ID)!
• May 17, 2025 – Last day to submit refinements for Reveal in DDX. 
• May 31, 2025 – Last day to approve pending Reveal refinement treatment plans in DDX for manufacturing.
• June 1, 2025 – Reveal officially discontinued. Read-only access in DDX for 1 year.  All new aligner cases and Reveal active case support/refinements will all go through the Smilers portal.

You must reference the Reveal Case ID when submitting a refinement in Smilers – after submitting new records and request for refinement, you will receive the next phase of aligner treatment from Smilers, complete with a new upgraded Smilers patient kit to finish out their treatment with a beautiful presentation and continued Henry Schein support.
